Patient for approximately three years. Always receive great service which meets my expectations. I'm giving a 4 star rating since it is extremely difficult to receive a call back, voice mail is often full. Recently having problem with one hearing aide not functioning, my original appointment which was schedule 30 days prior for cleaning got lost in cyber space; therefore had to reschedule and wait an additional week to be seen at a different location. During the interim I am functioning at 50% . totally dissatisfied

We have always been very pleased with service and concern we have gotten from Chris.
It turns out my insurance was causing the 4-month delay on my order of hearing aids, but I would've appreciated my calls returned by Reserve Hearing Center, and occasional updates on what was causing the delays. Other than that, the office personnel is very nice.
They were very friendly and and the service that I received was very prompt and professional. A very good experience.
