Unprofessional.
They added unapproved items. Make sure you get a quote in writing. Even for oil changes. After speaking the the director of the company, all he could say it “ I’ll have to go” because of an issue he was having with another customer. Cutting off an upset customer is unprofessional. In addition, he was speaking to my boyfriend instead of the owner of the car. I did not authorize my boyfriend to be added to the conversation and he also DID NOT approve any items to be added.
