My son's books arrived at the door the day I vacated the house, and when he went to pick them up the next day, they were gone. I only needed the office once during my two-year tenancy, and they gave me a ridiculous response that I needed to contact Amazon. I really wouldn't recommend them at all. The office staff are very rude.

Lived here for 3 years and just moved out recently and this is my honest feedback for anyone looking to live here. The only saving grace for this complex is the maintenance team and Kortni at the leasing office, I wish you the best! - If you love ROACH infestations and ineffective pest control provided by the apartments then this is the place for you! UPDATE: We’ve lived here since the beginning of the year, and honestly, it’s been one of the most stressful, exhausting experiences we’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. From the very start, it’s been nothing but issues. When we moved in, there were things that needed fixing, nothing was done. We went to the office to ask for repairs and were met with rude, dismissive attitudes. No help, no solutions, just attitude. Don’t move here. Please choose another place to live this place isn’t worth it all. Management is extremely rude and unprofessional. ESPECIALLY AMBER. They always have issues with electricity. It goes off at random times. I had to prolong my move in because there was an outage for like 3 days and it continued to happen afterwards. There’s been issues with plumbing where everyone’s water was running yellow for a significant amount of time. When I first moved in the unit it wasn’t even move in ready.
