Beware of the fake reviews generated to cover the legit ones 😂 Lived here for 3 years and just moved out recently and this is my honest feedback for anyone looking to live here. The only saving grace for this complex is the maintenance team and Kortni at the leasing office, I wish you the best! - If you love ROACH infestations and ineffective pest control provided by the apartments then this is the place for you! Love this property! Lisa, Greg, Andre, and Amber are such a wonderful staff that care about their residents, property and vendors. Love all the recent updates they have done on the property too, It doesn't get much better than here at MAA Woodwind!
Entire staff is fantastic and always helpful.
