Amber was great, good tour guide, informative, and insightful. Good first impression for sure.
Really disappointed, I had high hopes first time moving in. The apartments are definitely deceiving. Starting off, welcome to the roach infestation community, we were paying for a monthly pest control which never got resolved. Bugs outside our door and walk way that were never taken care off. Good luck on not getting ur car towed or stolen. In multiple occasions I would see cars with no tires. My best friend and I would feel unsafe and uncomfortable because maintenance would just come in without permission or without warning... read more
Very unprofessional and rude move out process dealing with Amber. You constantly hear gunshots. Drive by shootings. Cars broken into and tons of tires stolen. It's not safe to walk your dog at night due to the gunshots. Residents speed almost hitting kids and the dumpsters are located where drivers can't see at intersections. Witnessed a mother walking with her child to throw out trash and almost got hit. We had a community meeting and asked for stop signs or speed bumps but they said no. Outdated appliances.
So far my experience with the management office at MAA Woodwind has been top notch! Kortni in the office gave me a thorough tour, with a plethora of information about what living at the property was like. 5 star service so far, I am excited to call this place home!!
