UPDATE 3/25- It's just as bad now as it was when I wrote the original review. I tried to call to make a complaint about the rude HOA driver who I was trying to talk to and he drove off without acknowledging me, and the office literally only cared about whether or not the lawn that he was taking a photo of would be mowed by the end of the day, not about the complaint that I was making.
