As all the other reports seem to mention the HOA here is truly awful. You can’t add a flower to your yard without getting a fine. It definitely makes you feel like a renter even though you own the place. We moved from another state so didn’t shop around as much as we should have. There are definitely nicer alternatives for less who have way less strict HOA. I worked for an HOA company in town and I know for a fact that some neighborhoods are out for greed and want a ton of violations while others are way more laxed about it.... read more
