I don’t recommended to buy a house from this builder. Take a walk in the community at Reserve at Twin Lakes and knock some doors. People will be happy to let you know about the warranty. You have to beg for something to be repaired. One of my complaints was the tiles on the dining and living room was uneven since the first walkthrough of the house. They did 4 times a repair before they finally fixed the whole area after the year. The employees damaged my pavers in the driveway and the back area where they putted the Apliance... read more
