I love moving here, I recommend it 100%; look for Dennise, a lovely girl, who helps you through the whole process. The place is quiet all clean many green areas I am happy with this place
Requested the office if they could take my package in that was accidentally left at my door, Dominic told me the package will be safe in the office. I called on 2nd July, came into town on 6th July. The package was still sitting in the front door. Atleast don't lie and give false hopes to people. If you can't help, say it straight away, I specifically said if you can't just let me know. Absolutely pissed off at this point.
Just Moved In – Major AC & Water Leak Issues My wife and I moved in on 6/28/25 and were excited about the unit—it looks nice overall. However, within the first 24 hours, we ran into a few serious problems. The AC wasn’t cooling properly, and we had to rely on ceiling fans just to get through the night. The next morning, we discovered standing water around the AC filter enough to fully cover your foot if you stepped in it, and there is visible mold in the area. This property has gone downhill fast. Since the arrival of the current manager, Denise, things have deteriorated significantly. She clearly lacks the experience necessary to run an apartment community, and it shows in every aspect of management. Residents are routinely threatened with fines for minor issues—such as calling the office too frequently, reporting maintenance problems that may not meet their definition of an “emergency,” or being unable to accommodate their invasive “annual inspections.” These inspections require... read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. If you have a family and kids who enjoy being outside, this is NOT the place for you. I have lived in this complex for 4 years. My bedroom window is a few feet away from the main gate. All night long I hear the gate opening, closing, blasting music, people yelling and screaming in the parking lots, which I have put up with for the past 4 years.
