Recommendedmy wife and I are living here for the last 6 months. It's a great place and we are very happy. The apartment is great and the utilities are not that much. we should start to enjoy the pool now. highly recommend.

I've lived here just over 3 months and love it! The grounds are beautiful and quiet, my place is great and I love the layout. The staff has been helpful and friendly, and I couldn't have landed in a better location. Adding all the extras - dog park, pool, fitness center, car wash, sidewalks throughout, activities - the Reserve is just right for me.
Being completely new to Pennsylvania, this is a very nice place to call my home away from home. The staff is very professional and accommodating. I will continue to highly recommend this community to potential residents.
Amazing place to live. My husband and I were a little apprehensive moving back into an apartment after living in a single family home, but we are so glad we did. You can't beat the community feel here at the Reserve. Between the dog park, pool, BBQ area, fitness center, and clubhouse, you can have a busy, fun filled weekend without ever leaving the complex. The staff is also one of a kind. They are very friendly and quick to help. So glad we chose The Reserve!
We love it here!! We were lucky enough to get our ground level apartment (no steps for us please!) and garage right across from our sidewalk! Great floorplan, kitchen, and love the two bathrooms. Personnable staff, Jennifer does a wonderful job of making you feel safe and comfortable here. We even got married here in front of the fireplace!! Thanks everyone, Dave and Patty Thumm
