Ms.Stella has been one of the nicest ladies in the office and I been here 11 years real respectful
It’s really bad. Constant shootings. Constant emergency sirens and helicopters. Multiple murders within the crossroads getting to property. Homelessness. Pest issues. Unkept property and not well maintained. Management lacking. This place is clearing out because of evictions. There is no financial backing to support the property. Yes affordable, but it’s not safe and there are real fire hazards present. Not to mention the yard can’t even be mowed. The list can go on and on.
