I would be wary of this company. I spent one year in this apartment complex. The complex is nice, the staff is very helpful, and maintenance tries hard to fix the problems. The reason for the one star rating is associated with leaking plumbing, the noise from people partying in the parking lots, and the process of vacating the property. During my tenancy I had five major water leaks. Three of the leaks flooded my apartment and these came from the shower. One leak was from the apartment above and filled up my light globe.
