Maintenance is very responsive. Request made and the next morning there was someone there to fix my problem. Raphael is a respectful and efficient maintenance person!
WORST. PLACE. EVER. Looking to move and can't wait to be rid of this money-grubbing dump. FRONT OFFICE stinks. The owner of MMG should be ashamed and if he plans to open a place in Exeter, I hope the Exeter Twp. people kill his plan fast and big time.
Easy to find addresses. Well maintained.
Trinity Smith, an amazing person inside and out. I was struggling with my application, I called her and while we were on the phone, she helped me STEP BY STEP with such patience. She's very knowledgeable about her job and everything about the community at Reed Farm. And Gina, wow!!! So friendly and making us feel so comfortable as soon as we walked in. I found our home!!!!! Thank you.
