Gina the property manager is professional and responds quickly to request for maintenance! Also Devan one of the maintenance staff is very friendly and good at his job!
I had an excellent experience with the property manager Gina, when moving into my new townhome. From the initial tour to the move-in day, she was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Gina made the entire process seamless and ensured I had everything I needed for a smooth transition. The communication was clear, and she was always available to answer any questions I had. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents and go above and beyond to provide top-notch service. Highly recommend!
We have been living here for a couple of years and we love it! Hannah really helped us get in and settled and Gina had been wonderful this past year! The maintenance staff are friendly and really are prompt in helping get repairs done. This place was one of the few places that would accept our senior lab dog. We were so grateful for that blessing. The staff keeps the outside neat from summer grass to fall leaves and winter snow. Thank you for the lovely place to live, we are truly blessed❣️
I can’t say enough about our manager, Gina. She is always friendly and always there to answer our questions and concerns. The Christmas party this year was the best yet and I have lived here many years. The maintenance staff should also be commended for their work. Also, the newsletters are very informative.
