This is my first experience moving into an apartment, I live here at Reeds Farm for 4 Months ! I paid my deposits, first month rent ,plus additional charges ,then I got keys for the first time to see the place I'm going to live !! I expected fresh paint, clean carpets, move in ready apartment? Disappointed what I was seeing! I paid a friend to help me for 2 days cleaning ! I paid 2 months rent for washer & dryer that was not put in. I bought my own. Gina Gandolfo and the office staff at The Reserve at Reed Farm have gone above and beyond for me, from day one!!! The customer service provided by this group of people is unsurpassed. No matter how many questions or issues I had, each one was handled with professionalism, ease and courtesy! Emails were returned promptly, and Gina's very friendly and professional manner is very much appreciated!!! I would highly recommend this team in the leasing office at The Reserve at Reed Farm!
