Looks so nice
Did the application for the apartment with the fees. Beautiful apartment but unfortunately I was denied. It’s been over 2 weeks and no explanation and still haven’t received the refunded portion. I was told 4-5days. Spoke to the office today and I was told it was sent out on Friday and I should get it within a week. Not happy about this experience!
Excellent customer service, everyone is very nice and helpful. The apartment complex is very nice and in a good quiet area, everything is close by to shop at. I’d recommend this place to anyone! 10/10
Sam is such a joy to work with and really goes out of her way to accommodate you. Stan is also a wonderful maintenance man full of positivity. 10x Ormond is a great place to live.
Very clean and friendly staff Sam and Naomi both are very easy to talk to and helpful All the staff are super attentive and professional I’d recommend this place anytime Beautiful area to live and raise a family If so.
