Things had changed here not necessarily for the better, but recently they have finally taken steps in the right direction to improve the issues that have been going on here and improve the quality of this apartment complex which I really appreciate. The staff is very helpful and responsive. The maintenance crew are the best you can get. I hope going forward these steps they are taking will continue to make this a quiet and pleasant place to live. I have already renewed my lease so we’ll see how things go.

Sam is such a great property manager. When I first moved down here she helped me make the process of moving so easy as well Naomi and keturah they are very kind and helpful and very knowledgeable. Maintenance team very nice and friendly, especially Deangelo If I had a problem, I get quick answers and he is very knowledgeable on what he does. The year I’ve been living. Here is been great. I love my apartment. I love the community is very nice clean and the whole entire team are extremely welcoming.
Everyone one here has always been super kind and willing to help. Every experience that I have had had been wonderful. KETURA, Naomi, Sam and the whole maintenance are always great!!!
My whole experience with 10x Ormond Beach has been amazing! Keturah is phenomal and helped me with my move in! She is so informative and kind! Will refer this place to anyone!
