I have been very happy at 10x this past year. Sam is excellent at her job and makes sure that the residents needs are met and that any concerns or questions are handled promptly. They have completely redone the pool patio and have made some other great improvements in this past year I’ve been here. I’m excited to renew my lease for another 12 months. The location and proximity to the great things Ormond and Daytona have to offer are unbeatable!
I lived there for several years. I loved the trees surrounding property. Felt safe during two hurricanes! It doesn’t have updated stainless steel appliances and might be a little outdated but all in all it’s a lovely place to live
10x Ormond Beach Apartments is managed fantastically! The apartments are clean and spacious. It’s is centrally located to many things in the Daytona/Ormond area. The pool and grills are very clean and fun to be in! I would highly recommend anyone to move here.
