I’ve been visiting 10x Ormond Beach Apartments for several months while pet-sitting for a resident, and I’ve been really impressed with the community. I love it here. Close to shopping. It’s peaceful, super pet friendly, maintenance guys are great & don’t give off creeper vibes.
Sam is such an amazing property manager! I’ve lived here for almost a year now and she has been so friendly, so accommodating and really encouraging residents to engage in community. The property in itself is beautiful, quiet, safe and comfortable. I love my neighbors, I love how clean the property is always and I quite literally have no complaints.
