Love the maintenance and management here. Ray and Miguel are amazing.
Okay place to live. Overpriced IMO for the amenities they provide. 1. Maintenance request are answered quickly 2. Frequent water shutoff is a HUGE nuisance. They shutoff water every two weeks for plumbing repairs. Not sure how the plumbing infrastructure is that flimsy. 3. Very noisy, WFH is nearly impossible in apartments close to El Camino Real. 4. Gym and Pool are frequently OOO. But I guess that's true for most of the bay area properties 5. Seems safe, only heard of 2 car vandalism incidents in the past one year.
Ray is awesome—every time I need something fixed, he’s there fast and gets it done right. Super chill and easy to talk to, always a big help around the place.
Ray was very helpful in keeping the pool and grill area clean when it needed a little touch up :)
