Excellent place to live. Good amenities and reliable maintenance team make it ideal for everyone within average income bracket to live comfortably
Very poor maintenance and very poor property manager services.. moved in with no water pressure in both showers, a broken shower handle, have to turn off the cold water valve just to get hot water when I wash clothes, all three sinks had broken stoppers.. it is now the 21st and only the broken stoppers have been fixed.. they also agreed to give me new carpet because they had me trying to move in to nasty nasty carpet which actually delayed me moving my stuff in until the 10th because they had a special manager come to check ... read more
I had a chance to tour this community and I can't wait to call it my future home. Met with the property manager and she was very professional.
I haven’t experienced anything bad but I do not think these townhomes should cost as much as they do . You also will be paying for water just an FYI
