I was lied to about this being a income based housing place. I don't even know how they received my name considering i wouldn't have tried to apply for a apartment that is 1600 a month and I only make 2300 a month. So of course I was denied HAD SHE NOT HAVE SAID YES WHEN I ASKED IS THIS INCOME BASED HOUSING? she said yes its called tax credit now. I thought great then I was denied for not making enough. So there went 30 hard earned dollars. Thank you monroe reserve
