While I’ve only been here 6 1/2 months, I haven’t experienced many issues. The issues that I did have, maintenance came in a timely manner and have been working to handle them. When speaking with the Staff in office, I’ve always been greeted in a cheerful manner and have always felt the good energy from them. Since I’ve been here, they have worked constantly and are still working to make this community better and cleaner. We have lived here for a few years now and would highly recommend it. The community is clean, we rarely have any issues, and it is located perfectly at the intersection of two highways.
I enjoy living at Monroe Crossings, my apartment is so comfy, neighbors great, close proximately to shopping, groceries, restaurants and can't say enough about the office staff and maintenance that take care of any issues quickly and efficiently and always friendly. Thank you for everything.
I’ve lived here for about 2 (maybe 3?) years and truthfully I haven’t had any issues. Maintenance and management has bounced around a few years back but the current team is doing an amazing job catching up on repairs and responding quick and efficiently. Its a nice space and we couldn’t be happier. The intake process was fairly easy and lease renewal is a piece of cake
