I would leave an even worse review if I could. Not even half of this community is finished, and 6+ homes have already experienced basement flooding within the first year of living here. Our basement flooded just 3 weeks after our 1-year warranty expired, and DR Horton refuses to take any responsibility. Their solution? They offered to share their flooring company so we could get a “discount” on replacing our damaged basement. I really enjoyed working with the team at Lakeside, in Lancaster. Homes were beautiful and affordable. What's even better it's in Hempfield School District!
We’ve had a great experience with Trexler Pointe so far! The staff has been welcoming and easy to work with, and the location is perfect. The community has a peaceful, comfortable feel and we can’t wait to settle in.

I recently toured the Reserve at Lakeside in Lancaster County and was truly impressed. Coming from a large city, this community seemed like a hidden gem, tucked away from the beaten path. The model was bright, spacious and had a "homey" feel to it. John and Ken were delightful - so warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend checking this community out if you are considering a move to Lancaster County!
