I’ve been living here for a month, and overall, everything works very well—from the management and maintenance services to email responses, and so on. The area around the apartments is very nice.
I want to thank Moise from the maintenance team for his excellent work. He was professional, respectful, and took the time to make sure everything was fixed properly. After dealing with the AC issue for a long time, he finally resolved it. I really appreciate his hard work and dedication. Thank you, Moise!

I had a maintenance problem with my outlets they were in and out 10 minutes tops. Very friendly fixed them quite quickly.
It's a horrible place to live they're understaffed .They don't care about the people that live there, there's been problems with Electrical Plumbing and AC. They are understaffed don't know what they're doing. To top it off when they have families that have children they don't seem to care too much when it takes over 2 weeks to fix their air. It seems like maintenance is more concerned with smoking reefer instead of doing their job...
