The reserve at kingwood is a getaway & one that i get to call my home for the foreseeable future. I truly love EVERYTHING about this place. Updated review: Have to shout out John & the maintenance team because they are as good as they come - courteous, thorough, professional, & great energy.

Affected by even a small storm or rain. Frequent power and internet outages. I have with exact dates and times. It doesn't even have a children play area or park, take a tour at near by communities everyone has it for a better apartment price and they are much newer community with no mold and pest issues. Have seen many people moving out recently make a wise choice Beware with Community management they trick you easily and charge even when you move out of community. Place is kinda cool. So far so good. Only issue is there’s no parking in the back. They tell you to move to the back of the apartment complex there’s more space. But false. It be 4pm on a Tuesday and it’s packed. Great place nonetheless
I want to highlight once again the extraordinary work that our maintenance team does every day, especially John and Erick. First of all, they respond quickly to work requests, and in addition to their punctuality and professionalism, they take the time to explain in detail what they are going to do before they start, and they always choose the most efficient solution to get the job done. Way to go maintenance team, keep it up...!!!
