RecommendedI lived here for a year and a half 2018-2019 and absolutely loved it. Front office staff was great, and maintenance requests were always addressed ASAP. Pool was always clean. Some residents did not pick up after their dogs, and some let their dogs run without leashes which is very inconsiderate of the other residents. I also received my deposit back which honestly, I've never received back from any complex I've rented from due to those complexes rules about hiring cleaners regardless if the renters clean (??). This is one of the first apartments we looked at when we began searching for our new home. We looked at a dozen apartments after but none could compare. Jay was very welcoming and friendly, the apartments are newer than most and the interior is gorgeous!! Hardwood floors, granite countertops, dark wood cabinets and the closet oh my god the closet is huge!!! So far we are happy residents!
The people in the apartments around us make all kinds of noise and we do not complain, but our dog barks because people slam their doors shut and we get complained on. The staff is rude and has very poor customer service. If there was a decent place to live in Beeville that was not at the Reserve we would not be living here. It is a nice apartment complex with great amenities, but the way my husband and I have been treated since we got here is inexcusable. I hope no one else has to go through this at this complex.
