I’ve had a really positive experience living here. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are always well maintained, and Jen, our property manager, and our maintenance team are great—friendly, responsive, and quick to handle anything that comes up. For dog owners, the dog park and dog spa are standout features and a big bonus. The only downside is the soundproofing. I have an ongoing dispute with MMC regarding move-out charges and an unpaid court judgment. I moved out in January 2025, and despite a court judgment being issued in my favor in October 2025, the amount remains unpaid. :( I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this matter before and after the judgment, including contacting multiple corporate emails, making phone calls, and speaking directly with the property manager at RAI, who stated she would forward the matter to corporate (never received a follow up from corporat... read more

We just moved into this apartment complex and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! The entire process was smooth, organized, and stress-free — which says a lot when you’re moving. Jen, the property manager, was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely welcoming from day one. She answered all of my questions quickly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was ready for move-in.
