I honestly would not recommend living here. We opened a maintenance request for our AC on April 14, and over a month later, the issue still has not been fixed. Our bedroom has been reaching around 85 degrees, making it extremely difficult to sleep or even stay in the apartment comfortably. We have had to call the office multiple times a day just to get updates, and most of the time nobody follows up with us. They keep saying the issue is being “escalated,” but nothing actually happens. I really love this community. The onsite team in the office and maintenance have always been a pleasure to work with. Chris, the property manager, is also one of my favorite people to interact with, as he is friendly, candid, and professional. They don't make 'em like that anymore :) Thanks Renew team!
