The rent hikes have become too difficult to manage. This used to be a great place to live before the current management took over. I’ve enjoyed living here for more than eight years, but the continual yearly increases have made it hard to justify staying. Additionally, there were a couple of fire incidents last year, which added to my concerns. For these reasons, I’ve submitted my move‑out notice and will be relocating.
