Community is nice but these buildings are not taken care of and maintenance lacks communication. You have to fight to get things properly fixed. In the last 4months of living here every request has lacked actually getting completed without me opening a new request or calling management. Management is very kind and seems to care about your issues but I do not understand why I have to call management for an update every time. This is the current state of my dining room window. I couldn't be happier or more grateful for the decision to move to this wonderful place. The atmosphere is amazing, the apartment is very beautiful, and the best part of all is that it has plenty of green areas, which is perfect for my dogs. It is also super centrally located, so I can get everywhere quickly. The service is top-notch, especially thanks to Estefanía and Giuliana. I recently moved here, and my experience has been great so far. The whole process from applying to signing the lease and moving in was super easy and stress-free. I have lived here for about 2.5 years and have had a really pleasant experience. In the beginning, they had issues with maintenance response times, but as of the last three months, response times have been wonderful. Sherry has been very helpful anytime I need assistance. In addition they maintain the property really well and it always looks beautiful I also feel very safe living here.
