This apartment complex was never “amazing,” but when we first moved here it was reasonably priced. Last year it was bought out by a different company, which seemed to be okay due to the cosmetic improvements they were making. Since then, they have tried charging fee after fee, milking all the money they can out of their tenants. My rent/utility cost has gone from $1875 to $2200 (with minimal improvements to the complex).
