I will start off by saying that I adore my apartment in terms of the layout. It's spacious and the grounds up keep outside the building is always top notch. If my review was solely based on the apartment and the beauty of the surrounding area this would be an easy five stars. Unfortunately there is a lot more than that when you rent. I thought Renew taking over from the Reserve would result in a better maintenance experience but it's magnitudes worse now. The pictures look better than the actual place.
We moved in on November 1st, and Zuleika was our leasing agent throughout the entire process. She was extremely attentive to our needs and personally took care of things as soon as we encountered a few issues in the house. She replies to emails at any time—even outside working hours—which is incredibly reassuring. We’ll see where this new adventure takes us, but for now, we couldn’t be more satisfied!
Zuleika was fantastic during my visit to Renew Poplar Creek! She answered all my questions and made me feel welcome. Lovely property and excellent service. I recommend this property.
