I have lived here for 7 months the managent is really friendly and professional. The location is in the area that I want to be in with good schools. The only reason I have a 4 star is there isn't many parking spaces in a small community such as this one. But I love it here.

This is a great apartment complex. It's conveniently located to numerous bars and restaurants, and it's a short distance from multiple parks. The pool area is wonderful, and the community grills are nice and usually work. P.S. This place has a phenomenal maintenance crew. Service requests are almost always completed the same day!
Resident since March 2017. Love this hidden gem! Renovated in 2011... "Fully" (unlike most places that claim renovation). One of the best apartment communities I have lived in!
This is the best apartment complex ever! Clean, quiet, friendly staff and neighbors. Couldn't ask for anything better! It's in a great location and it's easy to get anywhere. The maintenance staff has a ridiculously quick turnaround on service requests. Love living here!
Lovely RENOVATED apartments. Awesome place to live. The staff is always amazing and attentive, the apartments are beautiful and spacious. Plus, being so close to I10 your in reach of some of the best food and all the great shopping Houston has to offer. Veronica is a rock star and together with Monica you have a super great team to lean on they truly care and this is a wonderful place you can really feel at home.
Maintenance has a fast turnaround after the reporting to office. Like same day turnaround. Very sweet Manager and friendly staff! Maintenance worker even say "hi" when walking by.
Love this place :) If your looking for a great location with amazing luxury apartments that's are so amazing call Reserve at Garden oaks! My apartment even has a backyard! The leasing office is so helpful! Veronica leased me and she is always there to answer my questions and they are so friendly. I defiantly recommend this place. :)
