Lived here since September of 2023. I've had no problems. Yes there are bugs and that is going to plague anyone in this climate. But if you take advantage of monthly spraying that's offered it is under control. Only had one issue and maintenance took care of it right away same day. Maria in office is friendly and responsive to issues and questions.
