How are you going to let other people into someone's apartment and let them steal furniture? You are lucky your property isn't facing legal action for your shady business practices.
The property manager here does whatever he wants, if it means ignoring health issues that arise from making tenants live with black mold for months. To skipping people who have been on a wait-list in favor of existing tenants and their needs. This place offers some government assisted housing but do expect to be treated poorly by management.
The property manager here will target you for anything and everything especially if you are income based. They let themselves into my apartment without notice on several occasions. Speak to other tenants about what is being done in my apartment and have them relay messages to me instead of speaking to me themselves. I doubt my review will even get an honest response from the owner as the property manager is also the regional manager.
