I have mixed feelings about my experience living at Crescent Cove Apartments. There have been some positive aspects. When our washer broke less than a year after moving in, maintenance eventually repaired it and management reimbursed us for the money we spent at the laundromat by crediting our rent. I appreciated that effort. However, the repair took approximately three weeks because they were waiting on a part. This was the worst mistake we made, staying in this apartment. It’s nothing but injustice the way these people treat others. When you first come looking for an apartment, they act nice, but once you move in, they completely change. If you want a place to truly feel at home and stay long term, don’t go there. But if you want a place that only cares about taking your money, then this is the place. The apartment is also full of pests/bugs.
