Nothing in the gym works. They have 3 treadmills and all of them don't work. The other weight lifting equipments are also rotting.
I moved out in July after living there for 2 years, it's now November and I still haven't received my security deposit. The staff, even at the parent company Decron, is incompetent, horrible at communication, and doesn't know how to do their job. There have been multiple instances of incorrect balances on my account that have taken way too much effort and back and forth to correct. Did not fix the water sprinkler issue. It goes on all day long and turns on when most are walking their dogs in the AM and PM... Some areas are super slippery and muddy. Wasting a lot of water as well. I got drenched when my dogs went to the grass and was using the bathroom..Sprinkler came on and we got soaked..
