My son has lived at Belvedere for the past couple of years. The surroundings are beautiful and well kept. The apartment where he lives is perfect for what he was looking for. The parking is adequate and always available. The individuals at the front desk: Anthony, Tabatha, etc..address questions almost immediately. The maintenance gentleman Jermaine Banks is exceptional. Increased my rent by 30% after being there for 3 years.
Very nice a safe place to live. The grounds are kept in perfect condition, there’s always community activities, But the true gems are the people. Not only the people that live there, but the leasing office is absolutely fantastic, but the real winners are maintenance! I would definitely opt for a top floor! Lots of cute dogs parade around, and I really enjoyed the little putting green that they had. It would be cool if they would put in like a chipping green, but Charlottesville isn’t a big golf place so I completely underst... read more
