Hot water heater has been leaking for 2 months. I have the ORIGINAL hot water heater. I've been getting smart rent alerts about a leak. Last Wednesday I pulled maintenence to my apartment sure enough my hot water heater has been leaking. Ive complained 3-4 times prior and they continuously adjusted it. Don't move here, the management team will not get back to you on important matters. Maintenance is inattentive. I live in a 1-1 apartment and my AC is baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad, barely works. My electric bill comes back anywhere from $250 - $290 monthly. They moved me into a dirty ahh apartment. Place had cobwebs and has poor insulation, the weatherstripping on the front door has holes in it. Do yourself a favor and skip this trash heap on the apartment list. The only helpful person in there is JP the leasing agent, nobody knows what they are doing! They will have your application pending for weeks with no verbal or written communication, the apartments are decent if you get a Highmark Residential upgraded unit which is the previous property management company. They are so many issues with apartment break ins, cars and just overall bad residents that they are just moving in. EDIT: They responded to this review saying 60 day notice was not given. I have explained time and time again that my efforts to renew were a failure due to lack of assistance or effort on their end resulting in me having to pull back from the renewal and relocate to guarantee I would not be homeless. With that being said, I still gave them 30 day notice regardless , which has not been acknowledged either.
