Do not move to this place. Communication with property management is nonexistent. When you report an issue, it will take months to be handled. There are a lot of roaches and mold throughout every building. They allow anyone to move in. Your safety is not their priority at all. Because they allow anyone, people will be hitting your car, and there will be no consequences. Cameras in the property serve no purpose. Invest your money elsewhere.
The last time the property was pressure washed was April 2025. Valet trash service has become a joke. Over the past 3–4 months, they have failed to show up 2–3 days out of the 5 scheduled pickup days. Trash accumulates, breezeways smell, and the property looks and feels neglected. Not worth the price you pay. Development has gone tremendously down since summer. No care for the development and a lot not updated and cared for. Only thing I enjoyed here was the space and square footage of the apartment. Not even fans for the apartment so you’re ringing up your electric bill using your AC 24/7 on not on auto. Like I said, not worth the price and new development team needs to just be more proactive in the development and take better care of it. Exterior appearance could also be better.
I recently moved out of this apartment community due to serious ongoing maintenance issues, including water intrusion inside the walls and confirmed mold growth. The apartment was professionally tested and came back positive for extreme mold growth, including black mold. Mold was coming out of the air vents, growing on the walls and flooring, mold was even growing inside the refrigerator.
