Tanner has been great to work with in completing the reserve study for our association. Responsive, timely, and flexible, and more than willing to accommodate the somewhat atypical shared facilities easement we have with a neighboring association. The study itself is easy to read with clear indication of suggested funding levels and included/excluded equipment.

Tanner met with our Finance Committee for our Homeowner's Association by zoom. He really helped the Committee members to get a better understanding of the process that has been used to revise our Reserve Plan for the next three years. There was a great deal of learning that took place thru this meeting!
