As part of our team learning goals we regularly host industry experts for lunch and learns. Tanner met with our Finance Committee for our Homeowner's Association by zoom. He really helped the Committee members to get a better understanding of the process that has been used to revise our Reserve Plan for the next three years. There was a great deal of learning that took place thru this meeting!
This is our second reserve study with Reserve Advisors. Great input to guide us on forward movement for our community. We have been using the first study in our budget and planning process each year and will be continuing with the recommendations from the most recent study.
Great experience — very professional and a tremendous value to the board and the association. Their communication, follow-through, and understanding of community needs have been excellent.
