Finding the correct driveway to get to the office was very confusing; but the worst part was arriving 5 minutes early for my appointment and then waiting for 20 for the receptionist to come back from lunch. My time is also valuable.
My technician was so kind and caring. When she heard it was my first mammogram, she really took the time to not only explain what was going to happen but also why we do it and what to expect in the future. I went from being nervous to feeling empowered because of the time and attention she gave me.
My last vist July 1st 2026,for Mammogram. The receptionist was cordial and patient, she was knowledgeable and efficient. The Tech was courteous and efficient she gave instructions and information before each exposure needed for my report. My experience as always is excellent at the Brookside Medical Center.
