Etsel and his wife have always been on top of my IT issues, even before I knew I had an issue!) and always follow up to ensure the fix worked. Being a small company, we were reluctant to pay for and outside service, but they are worth every penny! Great people and wonderful service!
We are senior citizens who have been customers for a number of years. Whenever we run into computer problems Edsel has been there to take care of our issue. They are very patient and accommodating. Would highly recommend them.
