Brad (RescueTek) installed a furnace and air conditioner 4 years ago, I regularly replaced he filter. When sub-zero temps hit the night of 1/20/2025 I reached out for a "24 hr emergency repair". He said it was late & told me what to troubleshoot over the phone. I patiently did what I could. I didn’t want to call him back until I waited to see if it worked, even if only overnight. When that didn't work, I called him back 25 min later, his reply to me was he had to go to sleep. Unfortunately 24 hour service doesn’t mean 24 hrs... read more

Brad was excellent! Quick to show up, fixed our A/C in no time - knew exactly what it was that was wrong and knocked it out right away. We are 100% calling again any time something may happen again. Thanks a million for the great service!
