Brad (RescueTek) installed a furnace and air conditioner 4 years ago, I regularly replaced he filter. When sub-zero temps hit the night of 1/20/2025 I reached out for a "24 hr emergency repair". He said it was late & told me what to troubleshoot over the phone. I patiently did what I could. I didn’t want to call him back until I waited to see if it worked, even if only overnight. Brad was excellent! Quick to show up, fixed our A/C in no time - knew exactly what it was that was wrong and knocked it out right away. We are 100% calling again any time something may happen again. Thanks a million for the great service!
We hired Brad to help us with our Goodman HVAC system as our refrigerant was leaking from a previous installation (by another contractor). Brad was more than accommodating and experienced. He tested our system and found the leak. Everything was working amazing when he was finished. He was prepared with all the proper tools and parts. We would highly recommend Brad at Rescuetek to our friends and family. His prices are reasonable and on par with other HVAC contractors but we felt like his expertise was beyond others.
Quick response time, very knowledgeable, great price. We had a bad experience with another HVAC company. Brad came out and diagnosed the issue in a very short time. Everything is now running as it should. We will definitely use him in the future.
