If you want to receive no service, this is the way to go. After our initial AC installation, we can't get anyone back here. We've been rescheduled up to 4 times. The same song and dance last year. All they do is apologize but never prioritize you. Why advertise when it's literally impossible to keep an appointment.
Right Time is a unprofessional Company. They lied from the get go after i purchased my unit from Home Depot the Service rep assured me the installation was Free. Once the Tech got in contact with me he gave me a $3300 installation quote. On top of that they arrived at the Home Depot i purchased instead of my actual home address. Customer beware this company is shady.
This is a horrible place to work for. They don’t take their own policies seriously. From dress code to how everyone treats eachother. I don’t care how you dress but not in a professional setting! There’s a few who come in extremely revealing clothes, they like to purposely show off to the managers, making sure they put their hands on them, but they make the money so they don’t get told anything. They are horrible. Missed 3 consecutive appointments for my home, my parents home, and a relative home over last 3 weekends. They keep on texting that you are confirmed and never showed up. Wasted valuable time. Always same stupid reason there is an emergency so we cant make it. If thats the customer service you want to provide then good luck . I would not recommend this to anyone. I am generous enough to give 1 star.
