They are horrible. Missed 3 consecutive appointments for my home, my parents home, and a relative home over last 3 weekends. They keep on texting that you are confirmed and never showed up. Wasted valuable time. Always same stupid reason there is an emergency so we cant make it. If thats the customer service you want to provide then good luck . I would not recommend this to anyone. I am generous enough to give 1 star.
