Jay was fabulous--he arrived and fixed our emergency plumbing problem very quickly. He was super prompt and polite and cleaned everything too!!! Thank you Jay for saving the day

Pio from Rescue Rooter came out to check on a clogged toilet. By the time he got there, I had gotten it to flush myself. But Pio double- and triple-checked it and confirmed that it was fixed and there was nothing else to do. He didn't try to sell me any services (e.g., tell me that there was probably still a clog in the line somewhere and that he should snake it while he was there). I would give it a 5 star as the people who live there seem very nice but the board of directors are very strict & very difficult to please. We went there last summer to get approved with our 28 yr. old son sitting with us & we told them our dog was a mix of beagle & basset & was over their very strict 25 lb. limit, even though we saw several dog's in the neighborhood that were over that weight.
