Called them about two leaks in my roof. They sent a salesman out who told me they would contact my insurance company to get it fixed. The owner, ron contacted me a couple weeks later and said he had a storm that happened in april that he planned on using. I reminded him that i bought the house in may. He then called me a couple weeks later and said that he found a storm in june that he was going to blame the damages on.
