We called this business because our water heater broke. Sean from this company came out and gave us the estimate for the new water heater and everything else. Fine. But when he got the new water heater here and installed it he also broke it. Water heaters should take about 2- 2 1/2 hours to install. It took Sean 11 hours. Just to mess up the new one.
