My gel manicure turned out beautiful. My nail tech did a great job. One thing I will say though is that this place does not know how to wax at all and I question the cleanliness of their waxing procedures. I got an axilla wax here. They ripped the skin off of both my under arms. My skin was burning. There was some pinpoint bleeding present, which is normal, but the lady wasn't wearing any gloves and touching my blood with her bare hands, before touching the wax again, without even sanitizing in between. I have been coming for years and both Amys do a fantastic job . My nails don’t break and enjoy going there . I give them 10 stars if I could . Very clean and friendly

If I had the option of leaving NO STAR I would! Made 3:00 appointment for my daughter & myself. Specifically requested we get manicures & pedicures TOGETHER. Even waited past our appt. time so this can be done! ONLY FOR MY SIX YEAR OLD TO HAVE TO WAIT A WHOLE TWENTY MINUTES WHILE THEY TOOK MULTIPLE PEPLE THAT CAME IN AFTER!!!!!!!!If it were not for my little girl & creating an experience of mother daughter day for her I would have walked right out!
