Rescue Maids have been cleaning our home for more than 10 years. They help organize and make my busy life easier! They are trustworthy, thorough and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!
Rescue Maids are GREAT! They show up on time and do a great job every time. The owner checks back periodically to make sure her staff are doing what we want. And, if any staff are ever sick and can't come, the owner comes to clean our home herself! That's dedication!!! We've been using them for years and will continue to.
Punctual and responded to emails/calls. However, just about every time they left my house, there was something broken! Scratched floors and did not take care to hit furniture or baseboards, cabinets when cleaning. Eventually had to let them go. Wonderful lady, very nice, but needs training on how to treat wood and tile.
Communication is key... I could go on but will say we were told th at at least our 2 bathrooms were cleaned and they were not completed either! We were over charged and poorly communicated with. If you decide to go with this company, I recommend being there to supervise and make sure you know what you are being charged, upfront!
Rescue Maid has cleaned my home twice for a deep clean and my house has never been that clean before! My showers and tub were sparkling white. Even my microwave and behind the stove and refrigerator! Worth every penny!
