My Trane AC decided to quit cooling last night. I called Rescue at 8:00 AM today. Brent had installed this unit a few years ago and I was impressed with his work and professional demeanor. I was told he was not in the office, but they would send Joseph to my house at 11:30 today. He and Grant arrived and immediately went up into my scorching attic to check out the air handler. I could not be more pleased with the service I get from rescue heating and Air. Brett is always courteous and up front with what is going on and cost. In times of emergency I get help immediately and problems are corrected.
Brent responded immediately to a water leak we had. We thought it was an AC drain pan issue, but he searched out the source of the water leak, diagnosed it correctly, and helped us find a reliable plumber. Brent goes out of his way to get things done right.
I had an exceptional experience with Rescue Air and Heating, thanks to Brent. During the recent snowstorm, I lost heat early in the morning. Despite dangerous road conditions preventing him from coming out in person, Brent returned my call immediately — on a Sunday — and stayed on the phone with me and my neighbor for hours.
