I had an exceptional experience with Rescue Air and Heating, thanks to Brent. During the recent snowstorm, I lost heat early in the morning. Despite dangerous road conditions preventing him from coming out in person, Brent returned my call immediately — on a Sunday — and stayed on the phone with me and my neighbor for hours. We’ve always been impressed with Brent’s work. The biggest factor is that he established trust with us and never tries to force us into purchasing nonsense add ons. Excellent professional fast service. I needed a mini split installed for a new addition and they came out same week to estimate and the next week installed. Install team was respectful to my home and kept it clean and neat. Brent personally made sure I was happy with his services. Will not use anyone else small businesses are the way to go!
