Brent responded immediately to a water leak we had. We thought it was an AC drain pan issue, but he searched out the source of the water leak, diagnosed it correctly, and helped us find a reliable plumber. Brent goes out of his way to get things done right.
I had an exceptional experience with Rescue Air and Heating, thanks to Brent. During the recent snowstorm, I lost heat early in the morning. Despite dangerous road conditions preventing him from coming out in person, Brent returned my call immediately — on a Sunday — and stayed on the phone with me and my neighbor for hours. We’ve always been impressed with Brent’s work. The biggest factor is that he established trust with us and never tries to force us into purchasing nonsense add ons. The information is always helpful in understanding what’s going on with our system overall. The whole house filter is amazing! Excellent professional fast service. I needed a mini split installed for a new addition and they came out same week to estimate and the next week installed. Install team was respectful to my home and kept it clean and neat. Brent personally made sure I was happy with his services. Will not use anyone else small businesses are the way to go!
