7/2025 - Coming back to edit my previous five star review to reiterate that! I called late at night on a Friday, assuming it was after hours, because my upstairs system was not blowing cool air and it had reached 98 degrees in our upstairs level. I received a call back, even after I neglected to leave a voicemail, and was given over the phone prompts on how to troubleshoot/reset my system. Rescue HVAC was recommended to us by a neighbor. We couldn’t be more pleased! The technician Chris showed up on time, was incredibly personable and definitely knowledgeable. Brent is absolutely wonderful and I would recommend this company to anyone! My AC quit and he was out within an hour of me calling. He was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, prompt, and fair with pricing. We need more companies like this that treat the customer right! 10/10 would recommend!
