Excellent experience! My mother’s central air went out on a Friday and I called Rescue at 6:30 on a Friday thinking I would just leave a message. I got a live person and they were onsite within 90 minutes! It turned out the unit was shot, it was over 20 years old so no surprise there. We were sent a quote on Saturday, which was very reasonable and they were available Monday to install a new unit. I came to know Rescue Heating and Air after a local company performed shoddy and quite frankly, horrible work last fall. Shawn came in and added completely new ductwork to my basement and main floor. He did a fantastic job. I couldn’t be happier with the work he performed. We stayed cool all summer and very warm so far this winter. My air went down in the terrible heat.Shawn sent Kaleb out right away he was able to get it running until they could get a new unit put in.Shawn and Kaleb worked until 10:30 at night. Very professional very friendly great company. Will always use them in the future. Just can't say enough good things about them they're the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!
