First the representative of this business did NOT say that he was a public adjuster. My family and I were lead to believe he was a contractor got us out of are house real quick got my mother to sign a contract. It seemed fine at first for about two months we were stuck at a hotel but that wasn't his fault. The insurance company inspector had passed away and they didn't had the case off for that time. If I ever had to go through this terrible situation again, Rescue Cleaning & Fire would be the first place I would call. I would recommend them 1st to anyone unfortunate enough to have a fire disrupt their lives. Rich at Rescue Cleaning was extremely professional, responsive and helpful every step of the way. He picked up some of our stuff from 2 different places that were far away (that did a terrible job that we had to let go) and took our belongings to Rescue that is conveniently located.
