I recently had 911 Rescue Clean service my AC unit and treat a mold issue, and they did an absolutely amazing job. They took apart the entire AC blower, cleaned everything thoroughly, installed a UV light, and treated each vent individually before repainting them. Everything looks brand new and so fresh now. So glad we called Rescue Clean 911. We had an urgent mold issue in our vehicle and I couldn't find any mention of cars on the website, but I got a call back from Tommy, who came over and gave us an estimate for the mold remediation. Great service, Matt explained the issue well and sent an itemized estimate and went through all the details so I understood what will be happening throughout the service. Jorge & Yeni were the techs on site, professional, pleasant, hardworking, not in a rush to just get it done. Everything promised was done. Great company, would use them again and recommend further. All i can say is WOW... we all know what it's like to make calls that never to get returned. Appointments that are never met. This company is so Fast , efficient , and professional. We recently had our AC unit and ductwork cleaned by the team at Rescue Clean 911, and they did an excellent job from start to finish. They showed up on time, explained the process prior to starting, took great care to protect our home and appliances while they worked, and made sure everything was cleaned up once the job was completed.
