No compassion for customer, poor customer service. During the passing of a loved one, not even a credit for that current month fee when returning the equipment on the 14th of the month.
I just tried to cancel annual service which is $334. Customer service told me that until my father (who has Alzhiemers) can unplug it from phone line they will continue to charge me. I offered to purchase the equipment for $234 and cancel the service but they said until it is unplugged from the Phone line they will receive signal and I can't cancel.
