I highly recommend ResCom for home renovations. Kevin and his team did such a great job on my kitchen renovation/expansion and half bath remodel that I had them come back to remodel another bathroom. ResCom offers quality, trustworthiness, and a fair price. I will work with them again on the next project.
In response to the one star review about Rescom taking money and running is definitely not a accurate statement. I have worked with them on several occasions and always gotten the results wanted and they are very accommodating to our wants and needs. They are not a scammer type of company. They will meet or exced your expectations.
Took the money and ran. My husband and I contracted ResCom LLC to put in a concrete sidewalk and patio on our brand new home. We were given a quote. Their quote never indicated that they were going to leave our yard/patio and sidewalk ungraded. So now we have a wonderful trench around the patio and the sidewalk. (They also left my neighbor's yard a complete mess getting to my yard.) The work has still yet to be completed to finish off my pop-up drains.
