I had a frustrating experience with the office manager at this office. I wanted her to bill my insurance because I have a HRA account with plenty of money to be pulled from to cover my doctor visit plus more. She wanted payment up front. I then had my insurance company get on the phone with her to confirm the amount that is in my account.
