So far, my family has had a very disappointing experience with Always Caring in Kennewick. The office staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They show a blatant lack of respect for privacy; staff members openly bad-mouth clients, and those remarks have made their way back to patients' family members. If I could give negative stars I would. I worked for always caring back when it was res care….the company had horrible communication and people were down right RUDE. I just recently started working with them in January and they again have terrible communication. Sent me a letter 6/30 and said if I didn’t get to them by 7/14 I was terminated. Well I just received the letter today 6/17 and told I was terminated 7/15 for something I had already communicated to them. They are terrible. Management is crap. People are crap. And it... read more
They will retaliate for putting this rating up. Don't go w this agency. They're bullies and only cater to certain ppl who have advocates and family but they're bullies to the most vulnerable and don't address any issues for client just for caregiver. They cause u so much stress you'll wind up in hospital. They've hassled me while my distant family has a death in family and hounded me making my life unbearable during times of crisis. They're evil.
This review is in regard to the ‘home care-giving’ and/or ‘respite care’ that my parents received from All Ways Caring Home Care (“AWCHC”), out of their Kennewick (Tri-Cities), WA-location. My complaint is only against this location, and not toward the other locations in WA-state.
