The employees are really friendly really great they are very helpful and understanding
As a employee over seeing this I find this company to less than competent as both administrators and caregivers I am not going thru with this job the care givers are not properly trained and it is infair for them to have to pay for this I strongly recommend your loved one recommend people that are looking for this sort of aid to go elsewhere. I’m getting my paid training and am not going to be a part of this Jolie business please people do not trust this company!
Care providers were excellent, but billing and administration deserves ZERO STARS. Staff repeatedly assured us that they were in touch with my elderly mother's long-term care program, that the paperwork would be completed, and that she needed to do nothing more. Now, nearly six months later they are harassing her with phone calls demanding payment of more than $3000 because they failed to adequately complete their duties interfacing with my mother's long-term care plan.
