The case manager was ok, after I chewed him out a few times. Said he didn't have time to give me a weekly report on my mom but did let me know when something major happened. The caregivers started out good but started REALLY slacking. I literally had a large letter telling them what needed to be done and they still only did the bare minimum if that. They seemed to think they were only there as a companion. My mom has a very serious Lung disease and needed dusting and vacuuming done daily, every room and after we no longer ha... read more
Caregiving services are bare minimum. They allow their caregivers to arrive late or leave early. They also don't have any communication skills. Case managers don't reach out if the caregiver has all of a sudden called out of work.
