Dee (caregiver coordinator I believe) is hugely disrespectful. Every phone call with her I got some kind of false information or pushback, including being told transportation was an option (they had my insurance info on file) and then being told a week later it's not, being told that housekeeping is an option then ADLs have to be performed before housekeeping is allowed then ADLs have to be performed at some point?? (No specified length of time) for housekeeping to be available, and that I'm not allowed my full hours approve... read more

This company sucks to work with. I have been employed with them for seven years. this company does not know what they are doing. They don’t have their stuff together when people leave they don’t tell the employees what’s going on. I never knew who he was getting ready to leave and all sudden they don’t have all this stuff they need to have. They are trying to cover themselves. They don’t deserve a one star.

This company hires you and doesn’t give you clients immediately. I been employed here for a couple weeks and still no pay - no client. I would not recommend to work here ( unless you want to wait a hot minute or longer ) . No communication and lack of time management which for me means no back up client to work with or if your not on schedule they could replace you on someone else’s client
