The coordinator never communicates back. We told her we were having trouble with a caregiver lying and calling out. The caregiver text many times she can’t come right at start of shift stating she has to go in the office or she has to go to the office because the company messes up her paycheck every 2 weeks. Coordinator said that was a lie. Dee (caregiver coordinator I believe) is hugely disrespectful. Every phone call with her I got some kind of false information or pushback, including being told transportation was an option (they had my insurance info on file) and then being told a week later it's not, being told that housekeeping is an option then ADLs have to be performed before housekeeping is allowed then ADLs have to be performed at some point?? (No specified length of time) for housekeeping to be available, and that I'm not allowed my full hours approve... read more

This company sucks to work with. I have been employed with them for seven years. this company does not know what they are doing. They don’t have their stuff together when people leave they don’t tell the employees what’s going on. I never knew who he was getting ready to leave and all sudden they don’t have all this stuff they need to have. They are trying to cover themselves. They don’t deserve a one star.
