I wish I could leave a zero star. My mom is the one that is getting “HELP” through you guys. Which is a total joke. The whole time you have had someone come in they dusted maybe once. Her and I have asked for it to be done weekly. As her health will not allow her to do it any more. The workers come and sit there butts on the couch and play on there phones instead of doing anything. Things have come up missing or broken but it’s my mom’s fault. Erica as well as all the staff have made life so much easier now that they take care of my mother. We consider Erica part of the family. Any questions we’ve had have always been answered with respect and promptness. We were so concerned for whomever would be coming to do something so important. My mother is 95 yrs old and the last of our family. We happily took care of her however with All ways Caring my wife and I have a life again. I would not hesitate to use them for any in home care.
If I could do zero stars, I would. My experience was unacceptable at best. A caregiving agency is meant to relieve stress. Thats not what happened. The rudeness, the excuses, the profound unprofessionalism are only a few of the things that drove me away. No, I will not call you. In my experience it is rare a call is answered, with your caller ID, and even more rare a call is returned. Not to mention I do not appreciate being yelled at and hung up on.
