Not impressed. They get paid for sitting , watching TV-idling their shift while talking on their cell phones.. oh yea, some client care ..very little attention though. Basic care..very basic.
This agency knowingly underpaid employees for years and only agreed to partial repayment when the union got involved and several arbitration meetings. This agency allowed a client to live in maggot filled living quarters. When these conditions were reported they took steps to retaliate against the employee that reported the unsanitary conditions. After Several Years of Good Service as a Client with 3 Service Worker with a few temps and almost 30 Office Supervisors < the only issue I had until the Until the District Executive Director Left and then The Local office Manager Left then Everything just plummeted Like A Boulder crashing down Under the New Executive Director Tenishia. my last worker left due to injury in January 2019 and they hadn't had me a new worker except for one week at the end of April 2019 until now June no more service again then I Find out they wer... read more
